Welcome back to workout review! Today will be covering my number one favorite fitness Youtuber, Will Tennyson. Will, has taught me about nutrition, how to budget calories, and how to maximize your lifting potential. Because of his YouTube videos I’ve been able to grow physically, as well as mentally. I already know this workout is going to be amazing as you know it’s going to be located at the bottom.
Alrighty, well that workout kicked my butt. This workout differs drastically from what I usually do because of the drop sets. A drop set pushes you to complete fatigue in that dedicated muscle. I can guarantee you after this workout I will be incorporating drop sets into everything I do. Even though it’s been a day I feel like my muscles doubled in size. Seriously, this workout has been amazing I intend to incorporate bits of this into my workouts I haven’t had a workout changed my routine in quite some time.
I would recommend this workout to anybody. I don’t think you need to be an advanced lifter for this workout. It’s very basic compound movements that will show great results. I would recommend anybody who’s wanting to get into working out try this. Additionally, go give Will Tennyson a look on YouTube he has amazing recipes and awesome workouts.
