August Walk-In Advising
Academic advising at the Godfrey Campus will be walk-in only from August 3–31. No appointment is required—simply stop by during office hours and an advisor will be available to assist you.
Walk-In Hours
Monday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Students needing virtual advising due to special circumstances should contact the Welcome Center at 618-468-2222 to be connected with a remote advisor.
If you need to adjust your class schedule, we encourage you to visit walk-in advising as soon as possible. Delaying schedule changes may limit your course options as classes continue to fill.
Important Dates
Fall 2026 payment deadline: Tuesday, August 11. Students who have not paid by this date may be dropped from their classes.
Last day to withdraw with a refund: Friday, September 4
Fall 2026 graduation application deadline: November 15
Students planning to graduate this fall should submit their application through Self-Service and contact their advisor with any questions about remaining degree requirements.
