Godfrey – Students at Lewis and Clark Community College enjoyed an exciting afternoon during SpringFest, which took place yesterday in the Commons from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event brought together many students who spent time with friends, relaxed, and enjoyed a fun atmosphere full of activities and great food.
One of the highlights of the event was the face painting station, where students could choose from all kinds of colorful and creative designs. There were also portrait artists creating personalized self-portraits for one or two people, making it one of the most popular attractions of the afternoon.
Students also enjoyed delicious vanilla and chocolate ice cream with a wide variety of toppings, including Oreo pieces, Reese’s, and all kinds of fresh fruit. Many attendees had fun creating their own combinations while enjoying the warm and lively atmosphere.
The food station was another favorite part of SpringFest. Students could prepare their own meals with different ingredients such as lettuce, tomatoes, ground beef, cheese, sour cream, and spicy toppings. There were also plenty of snacks available, and everyone could choose whatever drink they wanted to enjoy with their food.
Overall, SpringFest was a very successful event that gave students the opportunity to take a break from classes, spend time together, and enjoy a super fun afternoon in the Commons.
