It’s a simple way to review, memorize, and feel confident before exams. Stay Organized When life gets busy, keeping everything written down helps me stay on top of things. I use a planner to map out my week, see what needs to be done first, and find time for each task. Having it all laid out keeps me focused, calm, and motivated, especially when I get to check things off as I go. De-Stress After a long day, I always make time to unwind. I like relaxing with a snack and a show, listening to music, or taking a short walk to reset. Taking breaks helps clear my mind and actually makes it easier to focus when I get back to work.
