Green Energy is an important ever growing field utilizing alternative methods of energy creation and consumption in a world facing a energy and transportation crisis. The Illinois Green Economy Network (IGEN) is hosting a conference here at Lewis and Clark brining together colleagues from colleges across the state for two days of valuable resources and networking opportunities. Highlights of the conference include: Lewis and Clark’s campus sustainability initiatives, resources for college energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, Illinois initiatives, interactive sessions, and more! Day one of the conference takes place on Wed Apr 15 2026 | 3:30PM – 5:00PM at the FS-0145 – NGRREC Field Station. Day two of the conference takes place here on Thu Apr 16 2026 | 8:00AM – 12:00PM in CM-0100 – Commons.
