  • 1/2 pound of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • your choice of a mix of spices (we use parsley, sage, and a pinch of salt)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (or your preference)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4-5 mushrooms
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 box Rigatoni
