Reapply throughout the day especially after washing your hands or being outside to stay comfortable all season long. Layer Up & Stay Warm: Fall weather can be unpredictable, so dressing in layers keeps you ready for anything. Start with a light base, add a hoodie or jacket and don't forget warm accessories like hats or gloves for chilly mornings and walks across campus. Take Breaks & Get Sunlight: When the days get darker, it's easy to feel tired or down that's seasonal depression, and it's pretty common this time of year. Getting some sunlight, even just a quick walk between classes or sitting by a window, can really help boost your mood.
