It’s been a while since Portland indie rockers Modest Mouse released anything. No One’s First and You’re Next was released back in 2009, but the band’s last full-length release was We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank in 2007. That is a while to wait for music from such a talented band. Well, the wait is over…..kinda. The band recently appeared on the latest episode of Don’t Move Here, a web series that shines light on the talented Portland, Oregon music scene. Fronted by singer Issac Brock, Modest Mouse performed a new song in Brock’s house. Although we are not sure if the song is to appear on a new album from the band, it is still nice to hear some new Modest Mouse music.
