Luke Perry Dies At 52

Everyone grieves at some point in their life. Everyone has problems facing death.

Luke Perry died suddenly at age 52 on March 4. 2019, from a massive stroke at St. Joseph Medical Center Burbank, CA. He was born on October 11, 1966.

He was young and loved by many. Married to Rachel Sharp from 1993-2003, he had two beautiful children:  a boy name Jack Perry, and a girl named Sophie Perry.

Perry’s mother, Ann Bennett, is heartbroken as well as his father, Coy Luther Perry, Jr. He has played in a fair amount of films, he has gotten three major awards, and he will be dearly missed.

He has also played a few small roles on television such as Criminal Minds, Law & Order, The Storm.

The big role that everybody knows him was Riverdale. He played ,Archie’s father, Fred Andrew’s. Riverdale is a series based on the well known Archie Comics. They have the Riverdale Vixen’s, SouthSide Serpents, The Ghoulies.

Luke portrayed his character very well. He was good at keeping everybody laughing, and smiling on and off set. He was the most down to earth guy while filming. He was helping everybody learn their lines, helping people outside of work. He could be goofy, but when the director needed him to be serious, he was. He was focused and ready to do his scenes.   

During his acting career, he has been nominated for three major awards. In 1993, he was nominated for  and won Favorite TV Actor of the year. He nominated was in 1992-1994 for best actor of the year and won two years.

Luke Perry was a great man. He did so much good for the world and he will be dearly missed by many. Riverdale cast members, Ann and Coy Luther and, his children will all miss him dearly. Everyone knows that he is in a better place now. RIP Luke Perry.
