Want to travel to Greece, Thailand, or Switzerland? Find out how, on Tuesday, April 23, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at Webster University’s Tuesday Transfer event!

Abroad programs and international campuses are just a couple of the incredible opportunities Webster University offers to their students. Experience unity, passion, and fulfillment by joining one of Webster’s NCAA Division III athletic teams. Bring joy, support, and comfort by taking advantage of Webster’s dual admission partnership program with Lewis and Clark for the RN to BSN degree. Master a work-life balance when completing specific academic programs, offered in an eight-week format, during the evening, on campus or online.

Webster graduate, Hazel Mullan, confidently states, “Webster allowed me to grow and take risks, while still feeling safe. I think any university can give you a degree but it takes a special place with even more special people to make you feel at home and that’s what Webster gave me.”

Webster University focuses on providing personal interactions while creating meaningful connections. Christina Gilbert, Webster’s Associate Director of Transfer Recruitment & Community College Partnerships, shares, “At a Transfer Tuesday, we host a small number of prospective transfer students in the afternoon, that includes a transfer presentation, a 1:1 appointment with a transfer admission counselor and a student-led campus tour. We also offer the opportunities for students to schedule one on one appointments with a financial aid counselor if they are at a point in the admission process that this would be beneficial to them.”

In addition to Webster’s more than 120 undergraduate programs, new specialized and exciting programs in Audio in Media Arts, Sound Engineering and Recording, Creative Writing, and Sports and Entertainment Management, will be offered at the beginning of the next academic year.

Webster is also extremely conscious about making their programs for the School of Communications  accessible for transfer students, “So many programs are designed in such a way that the major requirements can be completed in two years following a sequenced course of study, making it relatively easy for a student transferring with the AA or AS degree from Lewis and Clark to complete the bachelor’s degree in two additional years of full-time study at Webster,” says Gilbert.

Webster University also hosts a Webster Preview Day on their home campus. This is a larger student event, open to all undergraduates and transferees, who are considering Webster. This fun and informative event includes sessions where students can attend to learn about the campus, student life, and financial aid, engaging panel discussions with current students, student-led tours, and a delicious free lunch. Alix Nestel, current Webster student, shares “I love Webster for its individuality. The diversity is so great here and because it is a smaller campus, the relationships I build with the professors are one of a kind.” So, take advantage of Transfer Tuesday, as Webster University is a global, inclusive, private, nonprofit school designed to transform students!
