Pokémon’s 26th Birthday was just celebrated on Feb. 27 and to kick it off, Gamefreak had a Pokémon Direct to show new updates and new promotions.
Pokémon Café, with Pokémon’s 26th Birthday, has some promotions lined up for the month. Bulbasaur’s Happy Pokémon Day has a seven day login bonus and a Shiny Piplup very rare coloration rather than a normal Piplup colors. Also, as part of the celebration, the Mythical Victini just appeared to help you with puzzles. Now you can deliver with the Pokémon Pelipper to help with deliveries. Gamefreak is making the delivery free for eleven uses.
In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, there’s an event that allows you to get the Mythical Pokémon Shaymin for a limited time only. To get Shaymin you need to receive Oak’s Letter from Mystery Gift from in-game. This event will not last too long, as the event only lasts from February 27 to March 27 of this year. So get Shaymin before time runs out.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus gets an update called the Daybreak that offers new patches to fix the game and new content like more mass outbreaks called massive mass outbreaks and new side quests to play during the post game.
Fans have waited patiently for some time now, but it’s here. Generation Nine has been confirmed with Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet as Pokémon Direct showed off its first trailer and the starter Pokémon for the Next Generation.
As the year progresses, more trailers will be released for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet to lead up to their launch date, which is sometime later this year.
