Welcome back to Workout Review. Today, we will be doing a Chloe Ting workout. Chloe Ting is a fitness YouTuber that has grown dramatically in the last couple years because of her focus on at-home workouts. She currently has 19.7 million subscribers, which is a fair few to say the least. She puts almost all of her workouts on her YouTube channel for free and she doesn’t really push buying her gym program, so that’s good in my book.

Chloe’s workouts are made specifically to target women who want to grow their booty and abs. Two areas I do not work as much as I should. I believe this will be a very interesting, intense workout. Typically, I would leave a workout at the bottom; however, I’m just going to link to her YouTube channel because I can’t necessarily recommend one of these; there are just so many. Additionally, I’d like to add that her workouts are usually only 10 minutes long, which is her main focus. However, she does emphasize that you should do more than one for maximum value, whether that be a 10 minute one in the morning and a 10 minute one at night or three different ones throughout the day. A single, 10-minute workout is probably not going to burn any more than 140 calories. I think it’s nice that she’s upfront and forward about doing more.

I ended up doing two butt workouts in a row for about a 20-minute total workout. I will admit, her workouts are quite difficult for me as a weightlifter, as she focuses on a lot of mobility training rather than weights. I believe this is good and I need to incorporate more mobility training into my workouts, seeing as how this was such a struggle. I have to admit I’m not as sore as I would have expected to be, it feels like a faint soreness of working for new muscle groups but very minor. That could be because of the amount of protein I’ve consumed in the past couple of weeks, I’ve upped my meal prep, but it will definitely vary for each participant. I wouldn’t let that little sentence stop you from trying it, because I very much recommend her workouts.

I give Chloe Ting a 10 out of 10. Her workouts are upfront and honest. Also, they allow you to work out in a small time frame, which makes it seem much more manageable. Although these quick 10 minute workouts won’t do much for avid lifters and fitness gurus, if you’re starting out I definitely recommend them. I think she’s really good at explaining things and showing you different angles to make sure you fully understand the range of motion.
