I think it is safe to say that Soundwaves is obsessed with Noah and the Whale at the moment. Their latest release, Last Night on Earth, can easily be the (and will be my personal) soundtrack to the spring/ summer. Their upbeat combination of acoustics and synths coupled with poignant lyrics and rousing choruses make for the perfect music for when the sun comes out. Check out one of their songs from their newest album below (courtesy an intimate live performance at the Guardian’s office) and if you missed it, stream the album in it’s entirety here.
