Still the Happiest Place on Earth for All Ages!

I’ve known for some time now that I’ve wanted to return to a Disney theme park as an adult, believing firmly that it’d be significantly more fun! I can go on more rides, have my own money, and run quickly to catch up to the characters! So this year I decided I’d had enough fantasizing, and went with two close friends to Disneyland in California.

I loved it! Usually, that’d go without saying, but the park hopper passes and the fast passes were worth every single penny. While most people will still have to wait before getting a chance to go to Disney, I highly encourage you to put it on your bucket list!

The rides are better than I remembered as a child, enjoying the roller coaster in Disney California Adventure Land, and the Haunted Mansion in the main Disneyland park! The fast passes made it really easy to reserve a spot in advance for a ride so that you simply just have to show up at a designated time, scan your phone, and then skip the long lines. Being an adult at Disney rocks!

Also, there’s the cool downtown district between the main park and Disney California Adventure Land so that people can shop and eat in nice locations, including places like Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Sephora, and amongst many others, of course, a very big Disney Store!

The staff is also fantastic. A friend of mine lost her purse for about two hours, and the Disneyland employees were immediately on the case and helped keep her calm until they found her bag with everything still inside! The characters were also super kind to us and had no problem with taking pictures with us or signing any autographs. Disney really knows how to train great employees!

In short, if you’re considering Disney, go!!! Don’t let anyone telling you you’re too old to go, or that adults will have no enjoyment at Disney. You’re never too old to enjoy some good old-fashioned Mickey Magic!
