Ingredients:
- 4 portabella caps (no stems)
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tomato
- a few lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 clove of garlice
- 4 buns (we used onion buns)
- parsley and oregano
